Just so you know....that myth is not true.
I'll have to try that. Maybe I'll go back to looking at the Mojo with my $100 limit.
Fly, big bait big fish. Just like Big Feet=Big Socks
I don't think mojo's are lifetime warranty.
Waranty is one of the features I'm looking at as well with these rods in the $100 price range. e21 Carrot Stix Wild RodSt. Croix MojoCabela's ProdigyFalcon BuCooCabela's MagTouchSkeet Reese RodAbu Garcia Vendetta

I have the Skeet Reese Senko / Spinnerbait rod. Works nice
That's just out of the price range. LOL. How about the Shimano Compre
Heavy? You're not a skinny armed weakling are you? hehe... a oz here or there isn't gonna kill you. I mean, come on, you carry a shotgun around when you go hunting
But when you're throwing that thing around all day your hand starts to get fatigue. I fish too much.
I pitch with the 7' 1" and 7' 3" all day, no fatigue. If you're overhand casting, then yes. If you're concerned about fatigue, then pay that extra $$ for lightweight stuff and go with something 7' - 7' 1".
