Where the low lands are filled with native grass
Still lots of shades
For tourists to relax

The cities
Are scattered around many lakes
Humidity
Not a problem since the country roads aren't paved

Serenity
Gives peace and quiet
Trails for hiking
Crisscross the state's national forests

You and me
In a place off grid
Enjoying privacy
Lifting our spirits

Making love
Right in the open
Only smog
Can see and smell what we burn

A swim
In the lake
Blue water as in dreams
Washes our fleshes flakes

With you by my side
My life is complete
Nothing else in life
Would I ever need

This Midwest state
Is the state of the Native Americans
The world's most beautiful place
To live and to feel the beauty with your very own hands

Why can't we love in the Summers, too?
If we can turn flours into a buns

The times of year when everything grows
The ants, the termites, and the bees gather around their queens
Expanding new colonies they all must know

Never let the circle of life ends
Our destinations are bound
To be together unrepentant
