I have just learned the value of a verbal agreement or contract.  But that's okay, because my gain is learning from it this time.

So you ask why do people meditate.  I think here's why:

When you want to get stronger, you workout with weights.  However the most powerful organ in your body is your mind.  Meditating is like working out with your mind, because you're constantly trying to focus it on what you want.  When you meditate, in the end, you have a mind that can control instead of allowing it to control you.  The fruits of meditation is that you now have better control of the strongest organ in your body.

I am sorry for being honest and bringing us both pain and discomfort.  I hope someday, you will come to appreciate the honesty.  I know I have some regrets, because I wasn't honest with myself in the past.

This is one of my favorite love songs of all time.  Maybe it is because I haven't found you yet.

Once, one of my primary principles in life was Think Win/Win.  It made me very happy for a long time, until someone selfish came along and taught me a lesson.  I then became selfish just like that person.  As a result my world fell a part.  My world fell apart, because I gave up a belief that made me happy just for one person.  Now I am realizing that Thinking Win/Win is the best way to go, no matter what happens.

Everyday, every situation is ever new and slightly different and therefore you have to make learning and growing one of your most important principles, along with love.

Trading is hard because it puts pressure on the mind, whether winning or losing.  However from a reason and logic stand point alone it is not hard but easy.

I am glad you called me and we came to a better understanding of our friendship and cousinship.

How did I over come impulsive negative thoughts?  It is with thoughts of love and compassion.

Sometimes I have dark impulsive thoughts that I knew I shouldn't have (I could never act on them), because they are not okay and disgusting or gruesome.  I thought to myself why? why?

I reflect on the thought and added love to the equation, and I am filled with love for the individual and the negative thought faded away, only there is love left.  I want to reach out and gently touch this beautiful soul with my heart and the impulsive negative thought is no longer there.  I realized that I have grown a little bit then, and that I am capable of ridding the negative thoughts from me by using love and I am filled with joy.

Change is a constant in the Universe.  We must realize and appreciate that or else suffer the consequences of becoming as they say "like the dinosaurs."
