I'm boring - I work from home permanently now so I wear PJs all day.   BUT today I did make an effort and I put on my AE artist jeans, a gray Gap tank top, & my black bedroom slippers.  I"m not even wearing any make up and the only accessory I have on are my cubic zircona studs and my hair is clipped up and outta my face.  Ha-ha, I'm so lazy!!
