I think guys should control their anger and stop using their fist as a way to control things.

I also believe that woman should quit their nagging.

She wasn't nagging him... the original posts states that they were separated and that she had an order of protection against him.

The guilt in the American criminal system is not one you can assume; it's one the prosecutor has to prove! And that has to be done in court, not outside.   If the prosecutor can't prove it, the defendant is not guilty!  Just because you have a strong hunch someone is guilty of a crime--that does not mean she is! Where's your proof in court? lol...The arrest is just the  first step to bring someone to court so the prosecutor can try to prove her guilt. Being arrested does not automatically mean one is guilty of the crime indicated on the papers.  And cops do make mistakes, believe it or not!

Absolutely!  Anyone who believes that the American Justice system is 99.5% correct needs a reality check... especially the cops... they make mistakes all the time... even the court system make mistakes...

Most of the time, it seems the American Justice system protects the real criminals... those who are rich... and just end up persecuting the poor... who are actually small time crooks... or by mistakes... or one-timers, etc...

Update:  Man is sentenced in wife's slaying 05/13/2010 (Source: INDYSTAR)

A judge said the detailed planning and brutal nature of a Lawrence woman’s killing figured heavily Wednesday in his decision to sentence her husband to 60 years in prison. Amenda Yang, 43, was killed in May 2009, a month after she filed for divorce from Michael Yang and obtained a protective order. She was strangled and beaten with a bat and garden hoe in their Lawrence home in the 4300 block of Clinton Street. Michael Yang, 53, was convicted of murder and invasion of privacy.

Every freakin White peep believed OJ was guilty while majority of Blacks was elated when OJ found NOT GUILTY.  A tinted and bias society.
