Boy, 11, accused in shooting!!!

All I got to say is that Hmong people are crazy!!!  Gang involvement is responsible again.   

Juvenile criminal charges are pending against an 11-year-old
La Crosse boy accused of shooting a young teen in the stomach with a BB gun.
A 13-year-old said he was playing tennis at Seventh and Farnam streets May 25 when the 11-year-old drew the gun from his waistband and fired, according to La Crosse police reports.
The teen said he pulled the BB from his lower abdomen, but reports did not detail the extent of his injuries. He and his brother called the attack unprovoked.
The 11-year-old admitted shooting the teen but said he was aiming to the side of the boy, reports stated. He denied owning the gun.
Witnesses told officers the accused shooter brags about being in the Gangster Disciples gang because his brother is a lieutenant in the organization, reports stated.
Another witness said the 11-year-old shot at several parked vehicles and a house he believed belonged to a member of the Crazy Hmong Boys gang.
The boy could be charged with carrying a concealed weapon, battery and disorderly conduct while armed when he appears in La Crosse County Circuit Court.

WHAT!?  Are you serious what do you mean "unless I can show proof that Hmong was involved", cant you READ?  The article points out specifically "the 11-year-old shot at several parked vehicles and a house he believed belonged to a member of the Crazy Hmong Boys gang."

Any indication the boy or the victim was Hmong? Anyone can be a member of a gang or even a gang led by Hmong. I don't see the boy's last name or the victim's last name. I'm not buying into it  yet.

There! I'm glad you agree. There are mafias and gangs running from Cal to Texas towards the southeast...bi g time gangs that aren't led by Hmong, too, and the government fears!!!
