question...WILL the candidates be speaking in English or Hmong? And if they speak only Hmong...are they breaking the LAW in a political election?

Good question. You might want to call them up and see what language they will be using. But I know that all of them speak English.

But there is no law that says you have to use only English in political campaigning.

Having an IVY League undergraduate and a Law degree like Mee Moua matters more to Mekas...  It's just how Mekas are when they formulate a candidate based upon breed.

It's more about credentials.

These kids were all raised the American way. Each has finished at least an American college. Their English is excellent. I might doubt their Hmong proficiency. But then I have high standards for Hmong proficiency! ;D
