The FCC is nothing but a big f*cking waste of the taxpayers money. If a show want to swear and or show nudity, then by god they should, just as long as the show is rated appropriately. I mean that's why there's a f*cking V-chip in the first place you can just program your TV. to block any rating you don't want your kids to see, you don't need the government to pay for some thing you can do your self.
