Gang dispute cited in Fresno killing

The family will just be wasting their time and money if they do file a lawsuit against Lao Family. It's a gang related death. Just imagine how many lawsuits there would be out there if every family decides to sue the organizers for the death of their gang son/daughter. I don't even think the case would stand trial.

It's not about a gangs it's about security and ppl do sue for things like this ALL THE TIME and win.

It's like falling on someones sidewalk because they didn't shovel their snow. It might not sound right but it's still the owners fault, not the one walking by.
