I've heard there's a group that is planning one in Sacramento from Dec. 26-Jan. 1st as well.  I'm all for it because the one during Thanksgiving is poorly ran as well.

Wow...this is big if it's real.  I agreee the current Sac new year is so outdated as well.  Can you pm me which group is behind it?  I like to join.

Actually, post the second group in Sac publicly so we can all know whom and where to send our words of encouragement.  In fact, I want them to go do new year #3 in Fresno so I can new year hop all day long.  Thanks.
