Print job stuck in queue

I send a couple of documents to print with no success.

They are all stuck in queue  "Use Printer Offline"

Has anyone ever experience this problem, and how do I resolve it?

HP office jet J5750 with windows XP.

Click the printer then right click your file... delete or purge your document

Click on Windows XP and follow the solutions in the order said.

I assumed this is a network printer.  If you have admin right or printer admin, you can delete print job and then turn off and on the printer.  It should be back online.
