I ignored my employee today. I just couldn't find it within me to greet them with a smile. What bothers me is that this employee is nice to me to my face but talks smack about me behind my back. If she really hates me that much, she might as well just treat me like crap. At least I would know then. Ah, the life of an employer. It sucks.
