I'm sure there are those who will make use of it.

They are powerful enough to play crysis at mid level or higher setting.

I don't like it.  Integrated flash storage?  Does it come with an apple soldering kit as well?

You are pretty much stuck with the battery and the flash.  I would assume you can only change them through Apple.  I'm sure it would be near impossible for the average person to take the MacBook air apart and put it back together.

it looks nice but the integrated flash is a big turn off for me.

The integrated flash is not a problem for me.  I survive on a 30 GB hard drive.

Linux uses less than 3 GB.  The rest is free space.

one small 1080p porn mkv file is already 10GB.  So that's why it's a problem.

That's an expensive way to watch porn.

once you go 1080p you will never go back.  10GB is not expensive

of course that's a no brainer by looking at the specs  but that would mean I will have to bring all kinds of accessories with me where ever I go.  Which makes it more troublesome to have then just a regular laptop with a regular exchanged/upgradeable flash drive in it; some throughput might be lost but convenience is gain.

I can imagine that the MacBook air would not work well with someone who watch 1080p porn on the road.

porn was only thrown in there for sarcasm but it goes the same for movies/shows of all genre.  720p Naruto episode is already 350MB and an episode of 1080p Fringe is already 5GB.  So hopefully you get the idea here.

Yes same with Naruto.  I know a guy who torrent everyday and he needs terabytes of disk space to hold his movies.  I on the other hand get all my video watching from you tube and hulu.  Whether the MacBook air fits your needs or not depends what you plan to use it for.  But I have to admit that the MacBook air is very well put together.  Carrying a MacBook pro on my backpack everyday makes me want a MacBook air.  Or when I do travel especially out of the country, I do wish for a MacBook air.  The long life of the battery would allow one to work on a long flight.
