Maybe it's just me but im proud to be hmong and pround to be an American. Why cant we celebrate our culture and still respect this nation? We don't have our own country so maybe we should show some respect to the country we are in.

If we hold no place here in America, I would assume that our fathers, brothers, uncles, grandfathers and great grandfathers died for nothing? We may forget and think we are not Americans but never should we ever forget the sacrifices that were made for us to be here on this soil. To do so would be to say that their lives were given in vane. We also should not forget that we currently have thousands of Hmong brothers and sisters who serve this great nation that we live in.

When I hear the US National Athem, it reminds me of the sacrifices that Hmong people have made for this country so that we can live here and continue to prosper.
