Are mean and evil parents likely to raise evil minded kids also?

if influence plays a bigger role in the moral for their kids... then there shouldnt be any kids that turn out differently when raised by evil parents...

Some of them will only realized and change when they are full grown adults, that's what I meant but during their teen and adolescent years they are very affected by it.
