anyways dude, u are constipated, meaning your bowel movement (taking a crap) pattern has been altered. somehow, something you ate or drank, isnt working with your digestive system. or your digestive system just kind of slowed down for a day or two. there is no fear, as your digestive system should be back up and running at normal speed within a day or two. if you should suffer a longer constipation period, then i would suggest you adding fiber to your diet for a few days. Fiber makes humans have bowel movements (take a crap). Foods with high fiber counts are, fruits, spinach, apples, pears...or just drink a lot of water and/or juice.
your stomach pains are usually symptoms of constipation. sometimes when your stomach walls slow down, food kind of 'piles up' and this can cause that bloating feel. females in particular have these bloating symptoms more often then men. pain can also come from the large intestine, the final 'tunnel' in your digestive system. at times, the large intestine walls may become lazy, and food is not broken down properly. too much moisture is pulled from the food and it leaves food dry in your large intestine. this can cause pain in the stomach and also, explains why at times, people have stiff and hard stools.
