A robber went in to rob a local seven eleven convenience store.  There was the robber, clerk, and some shoppers in the store.  The robber pulls out  a gun and yells at the clerk to empty the drawer. The gun was pointed right in the clerk’s face while his head looking backwards hysterically to observed the shoppers.  The  gun accidentally went of and shot the clerk dead.  And the robbers panic and grabbed the stuff handed from the clerk and took off.  The shoppers scrambled out right thereafter.   The police arrived right in the nick of time, but apprehend seven people on premise not knowing which one is the true robber.  The police confirmed the robber with the surveillance video.  Which items and characteristic s did the robber didn’t carry/poses that the police can rule out is not the robber within the apprehended personnel?

From the event the robber was busy looking back at the shoppers and the clerk was so hysterical he handed the first thing he could grab near the register, which wasn't money. The robber just took it without realizing it was something else. The survellience video the police watched confirms it.  Hence the persons apprehended with lots of money in his pocket is his own money and is not the robber.

Those are 6 characteristic s/poses; five are of the robber, and only one are of the innocent.  And it doesn't refer the 7 different people apprehended individually.

Hopefully we're not talking America's most Stupid Criminal here.  Also the question is kinda hard to follow.  Hoping that the previous is not the case, the it most likely is:

Proof:


1. No smart/scrambling shoppers would grab a gun and run out. Rules out 1.
2. Clerk gave him money.  That rules out 2.
3. He's close enough to get blood on his hand and sleeves at least. This rules out 3.

4. Is the only person that cannot have the qualities of the robber, because even if he did wear it he would've taken it off immediately upon exiting, else be a dead giveaway.

5. He was arrested, so crying and upset is possible.  Ruling out 5.
6. He could have been wearing gloves, since it does not mention him dropping and leaving the gun.  Ruling out 6.

I agree with this, except he is not the robber.  He is one of the shoppers who stopped to help the inflicted clerk.

Is this one of those really stupid riddle/jokes where the answer could of been anything.
For example it could be the guy with the tomatoes in his hand because he shot the clerk before the clerk could give him anything so he took the bag and it happen to be the bag of tomatoe he was using it as a fake purchase.

cause i assure you i had a really hard @ss time trying to decipher all that and it still didn't make any sense..
either it's a bad riddle or the op can't spell for sh1t made the riddle as dumb as the op...
