i'm not going to ask y he was running, y was he clubbing, blah...blah..b lah simply bc i wasn't there...n i don't know him to judge his character or actions. no matter how u look @ it, it's very unfortunate. Condolences to the family n friends as they go through this tough time (doesn't help when others r shining a light on this-a negative one @ that).

but on another note...yes epic bouncers...we don't like em either...thank goodness we don't go there anymore, then again i hardly ever head to mlps clubs.

I don't get why everyone is talking crap about bouncers.  They are just there to keep the peace.  They don't just come to work and say "I hate Asian people, so I'm going to pick on them."  You do your thing, don't get too drunk and everything is cool.  If the bouncers are picking on you that's a different story but I highly doubt they have time with all these people in the club to pick on you.

Don't get into fights and if you do get into fights and get tackled by a bouncer don't swing on him, he's just doing his job.  People expect these bouncers to not fight back when you punch them or something.   Also the cops side with the bouncers because they are the ones who are not drinking and the ones who are just there to do their job, keeping the peace inside the club.  People just need to learn how to control themselves even when they have too much to drink, I'm sure we all know people who get drunk and get violent and irrational.

To the guy who had the razor, why do you think that a bouncer is going to let you take a razor into the club?  Also why would he give it back?  So you can stab him or other people as they leave the club?

I'm not siding with the club or the bouncers, if you feel you are being mistreated then don't go to that club. But if you expect to be treated like a queen or king when there are so many people who are drunk, crazy, rude, and you have the potential for fights then good luck finding a club like that.

As for the death thing, I highly doubt the cops shot him or threw him over. There really is no reason for it, unless he shot and killed another cop or something. As for the paid-leave, cops are human just like us, they are suppose to deal with traumatic situations but you can't expect them to be immune to it. Soldiers are trained for combat, many still go crazy.

The bouncers at Epic, one in particular is a duckkan thief..  Took my small utility knife that I use for work and when I left later that night, i asked for it back. The duckkin NiGGAR said he threw it away..  Yeah right, it was still in his pocket..  I would have shot his ass dead if I had a gun that night..  Pho Realz..  Don't get me wrong, I'm not a racist; I like black people, but I HATE NIGGAZ........ .

wow you're the dumbest ph-er on here. took a utility knife to the club and surprise they took it from you? really?  :idiot2: :idiot2: :idiot2: :idiot2: :idiot2:

I totally agreed with you. O0

If you go the clubs and don't get too drunk and out of control chances are no bouncer is ever going to start shitt with you.  I been to many clubbing events and never had a boucer picked on me ever or even gotten me angry before because I was always in control of myself and never did anything stupid.

And about Jason Yang, I don't think the cops would tossed him to his death, they might just shoved him a bit once they caught up to him, but to kill him like that no.  The only possibility for them to do something like that to him is maybe if he's one infamous criminal or something which they really hate.

well you heard wrong. As stated in the newspaper he was laid off from that bank job a year ago and it's not even relevant to his death.
WELL the article on pg 1 doesnt state anything about him being laid off.  Just stating what I heard!

"The PDF below speaks for itself.  According to the court papers filed, when the family viewed the body along with a nurse, a bullet hole was seen on Jason’s body.

2.   Prior to filing this lawsuit, I was told by the Medical Examiner’s office that Jason had the following wounds:  hip, skull and wrist fractures, bleeding in the brain, bruising in the lung, lung laceration, torn heart, liver and abdominal laceration.  I was told they were going to rule the death “accidental.”  At no time did anyone at the ME’s office tell me, or even allude, to any shooting, or any bullet would or hole.  Clearly, this was being told to others, as wells.

3.      Pursuant to Judge Zimmerman’s order of Friday, November 19, 2010, I viewed my husband’s body at the Medical Examiner’s office.  I, myself, with my own eyes, viewed a bullet wound right shoulder (his right, not right while looking at him).  I am now very distrustful of the ME’s process.  This information was kept from us, his family."

WOW. Thanks for posting this.  I was only stating what I thought would have been logical. I thought we had bad officers over here, it must really be messed up over there.

Someone needs to organize a protest and make sure that this gets blown up as big as possible. Make their thanksgiving a living hell.  With how large the Hmong population is over there you guys need to do something about this. Contact your local news stations, national news station, do something. All those Hmong politicians over there want to help their people will here is your chance.

I'm surprise this hasn't gotten out sooner and no one posted this on PH yesterday.

RIP but one thing people still dont get is....dont' run from the cops....you'll either end up killing yourself like this dumbass or them cops gonna shoot you like that fong lee dummbass....

it also says that the cops were on paid leave due to "the traumatic circumstances"....was his blood and guts all over the place or what? Mustve been pretty gory eh?
either way, if the cop wanted to kill you they'll kill you even if you are not running away from them... unless you go blond...
