it doesnt make sense, percent is only a measurement of a certain amount of a value

given the first vaule is x the second is y

x/y=100%        what is the initial value of both constant?


if x is 10 and y is 5

100% of 10/ 100% of 5 is not same equavulent.


or u can say       10(100%)/5(100%)= 100?  incorrect.

y=10

x/x=1
5/5=1

y/y=1
10/10=1

Consider this, if X = 5, is that the same as X = 100%? ;)
