He's gonna be buried in DC, don't know where the funeral is going to be held yet.

That is correct, funeral is being discussed this evening with his immediate family members down in Fresno. :'(

NccegVaj, Summer has a good heart, but she'll stand up for what she believe is right.  I'm 100% sure Summer is as sad and grieving as the Hmong community.  I don't know Summer personally, but I know her, too.  It doesn't matter if its HINY or a church organization.. .as long as if it's a non-profit agency (501 C) or a bylaw is in place....they must go by the policy or bylaws or else, she'll share her voice.

i.e. - if Summer doesn't have a good heart to help our community, why is she spending her time and money helping those who needs her help.  She can be like most of us, who only have time to help our immediate families and not everyone in the Central Valley.  She talk the talk and also walk the walk.....I give her props....
