The Republicans are going to try to come up with a very tough, well-known and Tea Party-like candidate.

But the IRs are a bit short on such candidates. So they are looking for newcomers such as MN Congresswoman Michelle Bachman or even former MN Gov. Tim Pawlenty, and a few others.  Palin is hoping to get endorsed though I think her chances are slim, partly because she's made it too plainly clear that she's trying hard for it and that might hurt her chances--people just get too tired of her. You'll see other secretive candidates emerge around primary time. They are watching and testing the waters right now.

But victory shall be Obama's again. He's done well, despite our harsh economy.

I love how you put it.  HAHAHA...So we've hit bottom and that's to be rewarded.  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:

If you want to put blames all around, then I say throw Clinton in the mix because it was under his administration that deregulated the security/banking industry.  :o  Why didn't you throw that in the mix?  Probably because you are a hardcore DFL or straight up bush hater :)  Probably the latter...try to be unbias here.

Most Dems don't want to mention the Clinton part because they want to blame Bush for all the problems like they still do. They also forgot that the housing mess was created by Dems too... for wanting every American to own a home, just as they're doing now with every American will get healthcare. This healthcare thing will end up costing us all more than ever.
All I have to say is that Obama is a smooth talker... lots of empty promises.
