on a serious note,  i will pay to get a copy of the recording. hoping my bnl can record, he's there for the txiv xaiv interest.

Based on voice and words (both subjective), in California, a Lee (in Fresno) and a Vue ( San Diego) are probably two of some of the best I've heard.  There is another Lee in Mn that has a very clear voice as well.  He clearly states the meaning of each versus so that people who do not understand the words can get the core of the verse.  I go to at least one or two funerals a month in Fresno to listen....it's good stuff.

I "heard" this Hmong Xiong guy in MI may be one of the txiv xaiv as well. He's sort of related to us and I never knew he was a txiv xaiv until my niece told me that Colorado people always have him go down there whenever there's a funeral. I guess we'll see....

I heard some of the events will not be permitted to be taped.

That's a lot of listenings...D o they make you cry? These things are so sentimental, some times I find myself touched so deeply by such beautiful verses that I feel my heart shaking in sadness.

Might be too far. I think VP's family wants locals. And there are enough good locals for this. What would the world say about Fresno and California if VP's family had to cross the borders just to drag someone to do txiv xaiv?

I cry too when I listen to these.  Especially when it's coming from a good txiv xaiv. :'(
