I don't know which "niam nais phoo" he's from, but he's very handsome and he carries himself very well.  His posture, his speech, his demeanor.  I wonder how old he is too?

nah, just watching them broadcast it on hmong satellite station. his mom did make a speech just as shesaid pointed out earlier and her son was standing behind him.
