I hate to break it to you but Robert Kiyosakii is not to be trusted.  When the housing was booming he was making millions on training people to buy houses.  When he knew it was over, he silently sold all his properties and let the others hold the bags :D  His ideas are all TIME-BOUND so you gotta get ahead of the curve.  I've read MANY of his books.  :)  You can say I use to be a Kiyosaki fan.  With that said, anything he writes and says, take it with a grain of salt because I learned a lot from this guy in many ways...said and unsaid.
The person is Guy Kawaski not Robert.  He is a tech entrepreneur.  You need to read before making a fool of your self again.
