places to meet people.....

i'm sure this has been discussed before but where is a good place to meet people.....as in the opposite sex?  clubs are out of the question.  hehehe....   :P

Umm...weddings are usually a good place to meet people......

flea market?  i'm not so sure about that, people are there to eat or shop at the stores so probably don't even care too much about meeting people....   ???
