Picking up his/her's slack
« on: March 04, 2011, 08:32:23 PM »
I bet some of y'all are good buddies with someone that you like or love that's in a relationship.  Y'alls like, "s/he isn't right for him/her.  We talk about a lot things.  S/he tells me things that no one else knows.  S/he should be with me".  The only reason s/he talks to you is that you're picking up his/her mates slack.  Yes you two make a great connection but that's it.  My friend is in this situation with some girl.  He is in love and I told his ass many times over that he is picking up the other guy's slack.  He liked this girl for a long while now and hasn't bust out any game.  Some people won't listen and you can't do anything till your friend is hurt and you say "I told your dumb ass to leave it alone, now lets go drink and see some titties"

I agree...

Just let them figure things out on their own... You have to let them learn from their own stupidity...

I'm just a cheap thrill for the moment. When time is low, i'm the most affordable thing out there. When time is flying high, i'm not what you want.

Just tell that person to not talk about that issue to you. Tell him: Hey dude I already told you shit and you wont/dont want to listen. So stop talking about it with me because it aint gonna solve anything because you're a pussy.

Well, that's homeboy.  He keeps things to himself and him telling me all this is a Dr.Phil moment.  I can't diss my boy  like that.  But yeah, he is a pussy in this situation.

It's the old adage of taking the best qualitities from each person and making that your ideal complete person.  :D

The real villain is looking at you.  The last hero was just not true.<br />If everything works out in the end.  It's because all things make amends.
