If leaders are born then why do the Princes of Wales join the military and attend top level A for?  If people are born leaders why would experience matter?  I like many believe that leaders are created and tempered through their experiences like a well made sword.

I myself am a student of the nurture school of leadership.  Too bad we don't have anyone from the nature school of leadership.

The people who claim nature tends to be from the elites of society.  They use it to maintain the previlage status that they enjoy.

Personally, I wouldn't put it that way.  I prefer the old cliche.  Birds of a feather flock together.  As we all know a feather could be a bunch of ghetto thugs, clubbers, intellect, professional, rich SOB, etc...

Why do you want to put down the Hmong at every turn possible?  Does it make you feel better to put others down?  Do you have something against the Hmong? Do you have low self esteem?

These people are over achievers only because they were lucky enough to be surrounded loving and caring people who push them to be the best they can be.  Look at Helen Keller.
