Ok,

So I was asked to ua ki (be his representative voice pretty much), which appears to be a somewhat easy role since it's not one of the bigger roles so I'm not too worried but wouldn't mind getting some advice.

I haven't really done this but am somewhat familiar with the process from attending traditional funerals.  I still have a couple of lingering questions on responses so if the more experienced guys could fill me in on the points that have Q's on or anything I might have missed.

Duties:
1)  Arrive early for the walk-in...
2)  Being his rep, I would take his beer and attached rice/meat from his bag, up to a guy who feeds it to the dead.  From what I've heard, I've heard people say something along the lines of "this is (relationship) so and so's" and that would be it.  But I heard this from some young guy so just wanted to double check if there's a better way..
Q1:  Is there a proper way to introduce oneself and who you represent when presenting the rice/meat to the person feeding it to the dead?
3)  Bring the beer over to the Xyom Cuab table and pass it out to the Xyom Cuab.  I'm familiar with what to say when they thank you so I'm ok on this part.
4)  In another location, the cev Xyom Cuab will next go through the bag's and pull out the chickens (pigs from the bigger role parties).  They will then hand over the chicken and turn over the knife to you.  Usually I see the ki turn the chicken and knife back and pour the guy a drink.  I can never hear what they say because it's often pretty loud when this is going on as there are usually several people doing this. What I understand is that you can either cut it up yourself or ask them to do it and pour a drink for them.
Q2:  Is there a formal response?
5)  Next, you may be called to the table up front to discuss any unfinished business between the deceased and the party which you represent.  small role so no worries here.
Q3:  Which songs should i learn for this in the future?

This about ends it for duties as far as I know.  Please feel free to offer advice and constructively criticize.  Thanks to all.
