WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) A Wednesday bust at an apartment on Town Line Road in Wausau has led to the arrest of four people. 30 year old Christopher Howes, 31 year old Rebekah Pophal and 31 year old Xou Vue were charged Friday with methamphetamin e offenses after drugs were found in the apartment. 24 year old Ngia Vang was also arrested and charged with bail jumping from an earlier arrest in St. Croix County. Vang also admitted bringing drugs from Minneapolis that Howes and Pophal would sell here.

The Marathon County special investigation unit made the arrests.

Pophal and Howes are also charged with child neglect after Pophal's four year old daughter was found in the apartment. She is now staying with her aunt

The title of this post--next time I see another title by Nceeg, I'll have to think very hard of what opposite meaning it could possibly mean.
