No here's a better example, pretend you're playing basketball with micheal jordan and he missed a shot and you yell at him saying, c'mon! you could have taken a better shot than that!

No, people who yell/cusses at another of their team players is a rotten sportsperson. They shouldn't even be playing the sports that requires teams, b/c they cannot handle losing.
