Will Michelle Bachman stand a chance against Obama?
« on: June 14, 2011, 12:14:18 PM »
This MN Congresswoman just entered the presidential primary. She seemed to do well at the GOP meeting recently. But will she do well against Obama?

Everyone is thinking now that we just had a Black president that the nation is thinking of having a Woman president next, before a Mexican or an Asian or a Jewish into the future. So, the ladies are jumping in.

i really hope she becomes the GOP candidate. not because i think she will win but more so because she's dumb as shiits and that would make the elections funnier to watch

One of the reasons why I have zero respect for American politics is because a person like Michelle Bachman could get elected to Congress. It's either the American people is beyond stupid or this thing called voting and American democracy is a joke the rich and powerful like to play on the masses.

Democracy was made for non-monarchs! That way, the general community people like you and me can get on board for the people--Remember Lincoln's famous line: a government of the people, for the people, BY THE PEOPLE. (emphasis added)

I'm not sure if I'll go for Michelle Bachmann, but I'm just trying to make a point on democracy. :2funny:

Also keep in mind that local democracy is nothing like national democracy in the U.S.

Whoever becomes president, I'd say the chances are pretty slim for Obama esp the way the GOP retook Congress the way they'll retake the white house. Anyway, it'll at least make the prophecy true, that after a shift in the US presidency, the US will be attacked in December right before the new president swears in the following year in January. Be it elections of 2012 or 2016, it's coming.

Could be.

If the American people are stupid enough, yes, she may have a chance. Republicans really don't have anything to campaign on except whining about Obama Care and national debt.

the GOP can't even run on complaining about Obama care. RomneyCare is pretty much the same damn thing.
