Sacramento woman arrested for allegedly killing her baby in microwave

How bad and how long were her seizures? I'm just wondering it doesn't take a few serizures to lead this sort of situation. I wonder was there any help in teaching her about her serizure illness? Also, why haven't the parents and families try to say something or try to help her before the situation happen if they knew about her illness. I'm saying if they live with her everyday they should be able to know that she is capable to doing what she did to the baby. This is a lesson that peeps should learn that if one has a child who has serizure it is best to get help in teaching that person to understand his or her illness and learn how to live in a healthy and safe setting. I'm pretty sure theres a lot of Hmong parents out there who doesn't know much about serizure illness.

If baby were truely killed by microwaving then how come the news did not mention anything about the cooked brain or anything about the explosion of the internal organs. Burning skin is not enough evidence to justify how the baby is kill.  It might be true that the mother did kill her baby when she is unconscious by dropping the baby and then went into her serizure episode and end up burning the baby. I'm interest in this case to see how it would turn out.

I have never heard of an epilepsy disorder that makes a person turn on a stove or microwave before they have a seizure.  Now let's say they were in the middle of doing something and they were to have a simple partial seizure than it's understandable .  But the question is, why would the baby be in the microwave in the first place?? 

Kinda seems like a mental health issue with this lady, possible post partum depression?

More than likely seizures do not cause people to strangle or put their kid in a microwave.  The psychosis that your aunt had was probably secondary to her seizure disorder.  Was she ever diagnose with another mental disorder?  I do believe that seizures can alter your mental state and cause psychosis.

With this lady, if she is not mentally stable she'll probably be put in a mental institute.  I hope she has good lawyers.
