I can understand how the midwest and growing up in the suburb can make you white wash but hmong and tanning at a tanning salon?  really? 

In cali, this chit never happens but in the midwest where there are less sun shining days, they tan like red neck kids.  really now?

Here down south where you tan more easily than up north, people (including Asians) still go tan like crazy. I personally don't go out of my way to tan, b/c skin cancer scares me.

I get tan all the time when I go go fishing. lol I's free too.  When winter cums. I become whyttie so in the summer I show my true asain colors. LOL

You said it, in the midwest there are less sun shining days so they have to resort to tanning salons.

I tried tanning at a salon for Vegas once and I was still white so I've never done it again.

See here's the thing.  If you're hmong and you want to compete with them white girls by being white wash and getting salon tan then go showcase yourself at a white event place then.   This bloke of a chick tries to be white wash and goes to hmong clubs to compete with yall other hmong women who is not as white as she is.

I've always been pale and pasty looking, even when I use to live in Cali. Some people can tan well, but when I tan, I always turn red and get burn first.

not a fan of tanning, only sunless tanners when needed.  I think tanning is not for everyone.  Some people look good with a tan, some just look dirty.
