when the same specie mate is not evolution..... they are the same kind of animal......it is just that a different phenotype is turned on in the genome. nobody have seen or documented apes turning into man or a fish into a dinosaur. what appears to be evolution is a nothing more than a scrambling of the existing genome. if a pathway is not encoded as a route it cant mutate.....as most mutation ends in inert or diseased states.
agree and that is why Darwinism is a science that is full of fragrance smoke, but it doesn't have the full picture of fish to man. If this was observable, then we would see it on the beach everyday out in the shore.
Microevolution is still the 20% evolution, which is changing the process from dogs and wolves' genes into dolves, a new species in the dog family; however, it is still a dog. Even ligers to which I agree that when a lion and a tiger mates with each other, they would create a new species in the same family. But they don't change dramatically like fish to man on which I totally disagree. Even Stephen Jay Gould agrees that we were created, or came from nothing, or either from a deity. He use this arguments to go against Dawkins and tore up Evolution right in his eyes as he refutes him.
