Always been easy with me because of this.

One thing I noticed too is a lot of elders like the outdoor stuff, so that helps if you're into hunting and fishing also. Oh yeah, at least be able understand/speak ok hmong.

You got it primetime!  You just have to listen and go with it. Talk about things that they like and want to hear. hehehe Knowing how to speak and understand hmong is a big deal.

I wasn't nervous when I met his parents.   Just being myself.. I met his parents after couple months of dating and he met my parents after 4 yrs of dating.

I was nervous about meeting his family. His mom passed away before I had the opportunity to meet her, but when I met his dad, his dad asked me if I loved his son and 21 ?s...I was sweating like crazy.

Me. meeting parents was never a problem and I don't care whether they like me or not.  Liking their daughter, there's no stopping just because the parents don't like you. I'm a dog what can I say.

At first it's a little uneasy b/c I don't know what to expect.  It's the usual bs OG's talks about.  I be myself and talk about fishing.  All OG's eat fish, so just like fishing, I cast and wait for them to bite.  I pull and reel them in.  Next time I come to pick her up, I bring at least 2 stripers.
