Gustavus salaries are maxed at 65K, except perhaps for the Prez of the College.

You gotta be kidding me...even an elementary school teacher in a small town such as Los Banos, California, where I used to work at gets about that much after 10 years of service...and they could get to $80,000 a year after 20 years of service.
