Marrying someone from Prison!
« on: August 24, 2011, 03:08:45 AM »
I've got a friend who is marrying her boyfriend whom she was in love with when she was young. Something happened to her boyfriend and he was locked up for 10+ years... And now he's getting out and she's planning on marrying him when he does. He must've proposed to her a long time ago and kept in touch during all those times in jail. Or just recently popped the question to her.

What a shame for him to make her wait 10 years while he's in jail. Is it really love or just him being selfish because he knows that he won't get anyone else once he's out of jail.

Is she making the right decision or should she had move on to someone new knowing that there are more fish in the sea....

Either she's beyond stupid and retarded or he threatens to kill her family if she doesn't marry him when he gets out...that scares her and she gives in to protect her family.

I would think if he's the one in jail she's the one that chose to wait or go back.

I think it's crazy, but the only people who know what their relationship is like is them.

If she loves him that much, then she loves him that much.

Never work.. he is going to find out about her during the past decade and dump her or abuse her. He will end up in jail again.

She's a retard!  If she was my sister, I'd be knocking some senses into her already.  Geeh woman.  Marrying the best/non convicted does not even guarantee a bright future.  Why a convicted criminal?  She's gotta have to support him for the rest of her life cuz convicted criminals have the hardest time finding a good paying job.

That's what ran through my head too? She's going to be supporting him the rest of her life because he's going to have that criminal background. Who'd want to hire him?

What will happen if they have kids? Who's going to support them, their parents are not rich either...

Love comes in mysterious ways, so as long as she is happy then good for her.

technically not because she graduated from college and she's a good girl....well.. . she used to hang with the wrong crowd back then, it looks like her past is finally catching up to her...

she has so much going on for her, i dont want to see her life go down the wrong path again now that she's older and wise supposedly. however, she wants to marry her lost love who was sent to jail...

u'noe there could be a twist to this story... coz she never told me why he was put in prison, but i wonder if he got put in jail for having sex with her underage?.. whoaa... that would be something.

maybe they were caught together and he was sent to prison.... that i don't know forsure, but will find out sooner or later... stay tuned.

Happy but dumb... that's what love does to u.

makes the smartest person dumb and takes away all the insecurities of a person..

Sadly, she wasn't learning anything from college about life  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D!  Unfortunately, there are plenty of women who would choose convicts because they know they have a leash (power & control) over convicts until the convicts turn on them  :o.

I've seen chicks madly in love with prisoners. I don't know what the prisoners' secrets are. Maybe the chicks aren't that bright and have no brains?
