Question: is this the same girl who you weren't sure whether she was interested in you due to her busy schedule?

First thang that came to mind

DRIVE IN MOVIE theater. You can have your picnic there and watch a movie. Good luck.

I like this idea!

No this is a different woman. The other woman and I are still friends but it was too complex for me. I think this one well probably work out better because we've known each other for a long time and I get along with her family very well which she knows and likes. I don't know why I get stuck with all the workaholic women but its fine with me this time. She's making time to be with me and I appreciate that I want to show her that I appreciate her for doing that as well.

Back rub...I think she like that too.  :)

Thanks for the ideas everyone! I think I might just take some of your advice and get out what's going on locally and I'll place the picnic as a second option.  O0

It seems like you two are still getting to know each other.

The best date I've ever gone on was when the husband and I were first dating.  We grabbed a small bite to eat and than we walked around and just talked. We must have talked about everything because when we started walking the sun was still up and by the time he walked me back to my dorm it was pass midnight.

So find a nice spot have a picnic and go for a walk get to know one another. I think now a days we try so hard and just over complicate things. Sometimes it's nice to step back and do something simple.

Miniature golfing, picnic at the lake or beach, hot air balloon ride, vineyard, wine-tasting date and dinner, broadway shows...

Movie dates are so boring.  ;D

I agree  ;D Movie dates are when you and the guy are actually in a relationship already, to take a girl to a movie on the first date is actually a deal breaker and she will likely not make herself available anymore after that, how boring ;D

I'm into arcades, amusement parks, museums, art, a show, to see a live band or stand up comic.

if she's been working too hard and needs a break, you should sex her up real good, that's the best answer right there. ;D

But incase that's not on your mind, take her to valley fair or something.

If you are in the getting to know stage best idea I could suggest is take a walk at the park with ice cream or something of that nature. Time will flies by and you'll be amaze how much you will learn about each other, trust me.

Drive-in theater are nice date idea, but I wouldn't go if I'm in the getting to know each other stage. You probably still can talk and do a few thing in there (the car) but to some woman they might think you are going after them (kiss, sex, pleasure)

Best of luck buddy!

I asked a girl out this coming Thursday but I'm having issues coming up with ideas for a date. She is working a 50 hour work week since her supervisor is on vacation and I told her I wanted to help her relax. She's very interverted but a good and kind person. We already went on a restaurant date so I want to do something a little more original. Maybe I'll take her to a park and eating out there too making sandwiches or eating food I made? I would say a movie but I want us to talk a little too.

As you can see I suck at this sort of thing. I told her I would plan things out and get back to her tomorrow.  :-\

Suggestions?

How about you try to impress her with one of your many skills... What kind of skills do you have anyways... girls love it when their guy can do something out of the ordinary... to keep a girl.... it's not where ... but more of what actually happen during the time you spend with her... will good luck on your date
