Is the government targetting/singling out the Hmong farmers?

It's hard to find them from the website in Wisconsin. The site isn't clear on where they are exactly. You keep having to find the contacts of the people involved only, not the list of plants. But I know that hollow vegetables are one of them. Phav npoob, that is. It is in the south anyway. Now, imagine if bamboo shoots were prohibited!! Bamboo is an aggressive invasive plant--it's part of your lawn's family of plants.

If she's not selling it in WI, it should be ok.  I could use some of it for laj and qaub in MN. Have her start a vendor here if not already.

It's not just targeting Hmong farmers but farmer's markets/vendors in general, which mostly consist of Hmong. Just passing the word to the rest of the WI Hmong community. Thanks.

Can anyone help identify some popular "possible" invasive species plants that may be sold at Hmong farmers markets?

HASC is trying to pass the word on this new permit to the Hmong vendors and WI-DNR better manage the invasive species. Thanks for any help, it's very much appreciated.
