would such a person qaulify for disability benefit?
« on: September 06, 2011, 12:27:40 AM »
He's still in his late 30's, he talks and appears like he's pretty normal but he's not capable of supporting himself due to lack of will, efforts, intelligence. He has no education, no highschool diploma, he's also sort of pychologically impair.  He holds no concept of working to make a living or to support himself and solely just depend on others like family members.  For him the task of finding a job and support himself is as difficult as anyone of us going to the moon and coming back.

Only way I can see is if he can obtain some sort of document from doctor's perferably a psycologist saying he's not capable of working.  Then you could might get him qualified.

I agree with thePoster. He would have to be evaluated and they would have to see how much his psychological impairment effects his ability to hold a job. Laziness is not a disability.

Maybe.

There are categories of psychological effects that qualify or disqualifies one for disability benefits. If he's kind falls into one of the qualifications, he'll get them.

Heres the layout of how the government benefits work, in plain english:

first, that guys just lazy...so he wont get benefits....

second, and this is not sarcasm, seriously; only women can be lazy and receive benefits. why? because all they have to do is have kids...look at those fat white girls who have 5 kids, 2 of the kids are mexican and the other 3 are black...and so.....any questions? and they all drink and party at night with our tax dollars....

but guys dont get benefits for being lazy.

he's part lazy, part psychologicall y impaired...any sane person would not do that to himself...he also goes on for weeks even up to a month without taking baths, unless he's reminded to do so cuz he stinks or brushing his teeth too.

Mine is 41...I should qualify O0.  I'm gonna give it a shot and call the Social Security Office.

Seek a shaman.  Serious.  There might be something spiritually wrong with him.
