I think that's what they call it.... when you move into a new place and the process of "sweeping away/out" possible spirits     Has anyone done this themself?

I don't have any relatives here that can do it for me     My parents were just here over the holiday wknd and won't be back until who knows when...they live out of state. If I have to, I may resort to asking a distant uncle. I agree, it's a piece of mind knowing there's no one else in the apt except for me  

I had some friends that did it themselves and after they moved in strange things were happening so I don't know if they did it wrong or something. If I did it myself and knowing my luck, I may be inviting unwanted spirits in
