A Dr. Phil or a wanted bachelor?

This chick is starting to contact me more often now ever since she's been mentioning of settling down, it's not the same ladies I've wrote earlier on my other thread, told me the many guys that are interested in her she's not interested in them. However, the few she's interested in them aren't interested in her.  am I on her 'interested' wanted bachelor list? or am I just a Dr. Phil(a person who others seek for advice or suggestions) for her? What do you think you'll do if you are in my place?
