Emotions are the investor's worst enemy. Did you ever sell into
a panic, buy at the top, wony about being caught in a bear market,
or fear missing the next big bull run? Rational Analysis can help
you avoid those traps by giving you a reasonable basis to make
fully informed decisions. Then, instead of being a member of the
crowd, swayed by greed and fear and making the same mistakes
time and again, you can hold your head up high as an
independent investor acting in your own best interest.

Emotions are the key everything, because it is what drives us (as well as everyone else).

It is the key to winning and success

Make sure you drive your emotions with your thoughts rather than allow your emotions to drive you and your thoughts.

With a high VIX, I have to be more conservative in my limit orders.

With a low VIX, I can be a little more aggressive in my limit orders.

The dual strategy of options and equity can work side by side to maximize capital allocation.

Options stock needs volume > 5,000,000 shares per day.

Equity can do with less volume > 750,000 per day.

With my current strategy, my options has to go out 1 1/2 months or more

If I cannot find a trade that has that criteria, I will pass up the trade.

There's no reason to put on a trade that has such a large Theta going against me.

Apply Delta and Gamma into order.

Go deeper in the money, less risky.

All about decreasing risk, because containing losses is 90% of battle.

Daily patterns may be a little reliable than intra-day, but its still very good.

Keep VIX in mind, and all the other rules.

Desiring, or being attached to, results is dangerous.  It can lead to disastrous results.

The only way is through sound trading plan, and absolute discipline to to your plan.
