I saw this movie playing today, and I am reminded of my life at that time.

Helen Keller was born blind and deaf, but she experienced an amazing life filled with such clarity of thought that most of us with sight and hearing will never compare.  Could it be that she achieved that clarity of thought because she never saw enough of the world to desire so much of it and never saw enough to hate it or experience anger?

When Banzan was walking through a market he overheard a conversation between a butcher and his customer.

"Give me the best piece of meat you have," said the customer.
