Since you made it this far, I will share you a story about letting go of the past.


14.   Muddy Road

Tanzan and Ekido were once traveling together down a muddy road. A heavy rain was still falling.

Coming around a bend, they met a lovely girl in a silk kimono and sash, unable to cross the intersection.

"Come on, girl" said Tanzan at once. Lifting her in his arms, he carried her over the mud.

Ekido did not speak again until that night when they reached a lodging temple. Then he no longer could restrain himself. "We monks don't go near females," he told Tanzan, "especially not young and lovely ones. It is dangerous. Why did you do that?"

"I left the girl there," said Tanzan. "Are you still carrying her?"

Changes to Trading Plan

1.  Factor in crossing of 20 & 10 MA against trend.
2.  Change Market Criteria to reflect RC, and TOBB
3.  S1 pattern should only be entered with a market rating that is +60 or more.
4.  The 7.95 factor should be adjusted for price range as well.
5.  When I am at 14 positions, I can only have 5 outstanding orders.

Even trending stocks can have a support/resistance under 50, especially if they came against support or resistance that is less than 6 months old........exa mple is PXP on 11/28.

I cannot enter Swing positions into market conditions that are less than .60.  The reason being that I want to enter into strong markets....... .Swings works really bad again OEXT markets.  All it takes is a little hiccup and the positions come tumbling down.

I have been watching my negative thoughts, and acting on them, and I realize that I am getting negative results very quickly.  I am undoing all the positive things that took such a long time to build up. 

I cannot go down this road, because it could be very hard to come back from.  I have to focus on goodness, love, kindness and giving the best of me at all time.

It's really good to study losers.....I had a bad month last month, but the lesson is badly needed.  I got into trading Swings because I do not want to miss certain moves in the market.  However, my swing trades need to be with the market, which means I need my market criteria to be at least .60 or higher..... then I am with the market.....

My Bollinger band patterns will fare much better with the market the way it was, because it designed to be entered with or against the market as long as it meets the criteria.  The reason is that I am counting on statistics to win out.  My criteria in Swing will be tighter.

I do not need to trade all the time.  I need only a couple hundred very good trades a year, and I will get the result that I am looking for.  Therefore, tighten my entry criteria in swings.
