It occurred to me why kids that are raised with grandparents help become more confident and well rounded, because the art of raising a child takes so much more to learn and also grandparents raise them with more love than discipline.

Let me tell you about your farm.  It will sit on the side of a hill and it will not really be farm, but just be among farms, like the English country side.  Your house will look into a valley where a creek runs.  During the summer the creek will be teeming with life.  You can look across to the other side and beyond.  There are hills and trees everywhere, and within your property you will have wooded trails that you love to walk every day. Your house is always warm and welcoming.  There you are on vacation as well as home, and you can be there for months without feeling the need to be anywhere else.  Your family and friends visits you often for they know that your story is one of success and happiness.  During the summer days, you will tend your own garden that is filled with your favorite fruits and vegetables.  During the summer nights, you will have bonfires that last way into the nights with your kids and grandkids.  In the fall, you will watch the colors change in your own back yard.  In winter, you will enjoy sliding down your own hills and staying warm inside your cozy home.  In spring, you will look forward to doing it all over again, and again.  You will have finally found peace and happiness.

I have explained this before, but now I do actually have a situation where there's a difference in expectation and reality that is causing Buddhistic suffering.  At last, it is an opportunity to practice enlighten wisdom.
