If you really want change, please change your emotion understanding or else they will overwhelm you on your journey to change.   Make sure that change is good all those around you.

I think I am becoming a monster....... I better deter myself from that path very quickly.

I have been thinking about this and yes there is a monster in all of us, but I realized that mine is very contained by understanding, because the monster is very wrong.  And I don't want to be wrong.

Karma has came back to get me.....Sorry R. You also experience your own karma revenge too.  Karma always takes it course.‏  It's not what is out there, but when we think we can change the rules, something inside us changes making other perceive us so, and treating us in such a way.

I wrote the second part.  The first is a real poem.

When say live life to fullest, because it could be your last day.  That is not true.  We don't when the last day is.  Live as if you will live forever.  Do not burn your candle away at both ends.

The other I was recording a song from Youtube to my little recorder, and my daughter said "Dad" in the background.  I shush her, but it's my favorite part of the song when I am listening to it.
