Suffering = Difference (Reality - Expectation)
The greater the difference the greater the suffering, and we will do just about anything, and in most case our efforts are useless, to gap the difference by trying to change the reality to our sometimes miss guided expectation. Suffering can easily be created with a lie from outside or inside. That is why we get so mad when some tells us a lie. It creates a gap in reality and expectations. What is the real answer? Maybe to manage our own internal Suffering (difference between reality an expectation), instead of worrying about someone. Let us be our own judge, instead of judging someone else.
