HV, I have never told you this because we have never really talked, but I am so proud of you.  You have reached out with love and kindness and become a permanent part of our family. You're such a happy and friendly person, and a role model for us all.

You told me that you do not feel guilty because you haven't done anything wrong......I know...... because I arrived at that conclusion awhile ago too.  You will be jeopardizing only your future, because that is what you will also attract to you.  People who have no guilt returning your negative favors.

To an old friend, thank you for stopping by to visit.  I hope that I have answered all your questions.  I hope you know that it will be a very difficult road ahead, if you should chose this endeavor. It was great to see you and your wife together.  That is how couples should be all their life.

Food is a substitution for the love that we are craving from our love ones, especially as children.  If we receive an abundant source of love and is happy.....we do not need food.  If we do not have that love, then we will fill it with food, and that may be a conditioning in our mind all our lives.

I wrote this for my daughter and then I told her when I met her:

Suffering comes from difference between expectations and reality.  Therefore, if you want you an easier life, expect a hard and challenging life.  If you want a life filled with compassion and love, then expect to give the best of you to those that you meet, and expect nothing in return.  Challenge life and give, and you will have a very easy life.
