A better metaphor about the Israelite is to compare to Hmong. What if one day during a great war against a great evil, the Hmong people sided with the winning side and was given Sichuan, Hunan and Guizhou provence again? It would be joyous. Then years later, other want the land and claim birthright to it, even though given that long historical accounts of the Hmong people owning the land exists. Who is right? Nobody is. So the natural law of man takes over:
1) Might is right.
2) It's not what you know, it's who you know.
3) Money talks.
Israel just happen to have more of that than anyone. If you ask me, Israel is a sovereign country and under its current border should not be change. Another example is if the Mexicans started asking for California and Texas back and started bombing the borders. Heck these two states have a near majority of Hispanic.
